Frequently asked questions about virtual offices

Is a virtual office legal?

Yes, a virtual (registered) office fully complies with Slovak legislation. The Commercial Code requires a company to have a legal relationship to the property (a lease and the owner's consent), which we arrange for you. We duly label the office with your company name.

What happens when mail arrives for me?

Once a parcel is delivered, we register it in our system. You immediately receive an email and SMS notification telling you who the mail is from. You can then decide whether to collect it in person, have it scanned, or forwarded to another address.

What are the fees for collecting registered mail?

In the MEDIUM and XL packages, collecting delivery notices (yellow slips) is included. To collect items into your own hands, you need to grant us a power of attorney at the post office (a so-called authorised representative card).

How quickly do I get the consent for the office?

Immediately after ordering and paying for the service. We generate the property owner's consent and send it to you electronically.
